Carter joined Western Surety in February 2023 and handles accounts in the regions of Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

Carter graduated from the University of Regina with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree majoring in finance. He is currently taking classes toward the Associateship of Canadian Surety Bonding (ACSB) program through the Surety Association of Canada.
