Melody joined Western Surety in September 2025 as a Surety Underwriter. Melody handles accounts in the regions of Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.

Melody graduated from the University of Regina with a Bachelor of Science in 2014, majoring in actuarial science, with a minor in economics. In 2018, Melody received her Associateship of Canadian Surety Bonding (ACSB) designation from the University of Toronto and the Surety Association of Canada. Melody has 10 years of progressive surety experience prior to starting at Western Surety Company.
