Nolan joined Western Surety in May 2025 as a Surety Underwriter. Nolan handles accounts in the regions of Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.

Nolan received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Regina’s Paul J. Hill School of Business majoring in Finance in 2010. He received the Associateship of Canadian Surety Bonding (ACSB) designation from McMaster University and Surety Association of Canada in 2022. In 2023 Nolan obtained the McMaster University Continuing Education Certificate in Associateship in Canadian Surety Bonding, and McMaster University Continuing Education Certificate of Professional Learning (CoPL): Risk Management.

Nolan’s background includes five (5) years of progressive experience within the surety industry prior to Western Surety Company.
